BLUEBERRY WINES

NEW BLUE A fruity, ruby red dinner wine with just a hint of sweetness and a lingering after taste of spices and nuts.  1.5% residual sugar. Wonderful with spicy foods, such as Mexican, Chinese, Indian and Thai, tomato sauces, grilled dishes,  poultry and, of course, with turkey at Thanksgiving.
750ml, 12% alcohol by volume
   
BEST BLUE A full bodied, dry, oaked blueberry wine offering hints of vanilla and toasted caramel. Ages well. 1% residual sugar.  Pair with hearty cheeses such as Roquefort or Cheddar, red meats, salmon, stews and game.  Enjoy with chocolates. Aged in oak.

BAY BLUE  A port-style blueberry wine for your pre-dinner and after dinner enjoyment, aged in oak and enhanced with brandy.  6% residual sweetness.  Enjoy before dinner as an aperitif with Berkshire Blue cheese or Pates, or with chocolate desserts, cheese cake, or pour over vanilla ice cream.  Nice in front of a fire on a cold winter's day.

MOUNTAIN LAUREL WHITES

SEYVAL/VIDAL BLANC A blend of Seyval Blanc and Vidal Blanc French Hybrid grapes. Crisp and refreshing. 1% residual sugar.  A nice match with fish, seafood, white meats, goat cheeses.
750ml, 11% alcohol by volume
   
AMERICAN RIESLING Produced from grapes grown in the Northeast. A well-balanced wine offering flavors of sweet ripened peaches and apricots, with a rich creamy finish. 2% residual sugar. Lovely with spicy dishes, seafood, veal, chicken and cream sauces.
750ml, 11% alcohol by volume

AMERICAN PIE Produced from a wide variety of apples from the "Hidden Hills" of Massachusetts to produce a wine rich in flavors. 2.5% residual sugar. It is a knockout with roast pork and other roasted meats, ham, duck, and summer salads.
